    Unable to login, change password, update any info. Says account not found but I’m using the same account as my smashvilletix

    App is broken!

    My husband and I both tried logging in with our correct “MySmashvilleTix” email connected to Ticketmaster and got an error message every time. Is this a conspiracy so we can’t get rewards??

    Can no longer log in

    Was working fine up until the last update, and now the login page now tells me my account doesn’t exist.

    For STH only

    They should do a better job of specifying that the app is only for season ticket holders. You do have to save up a very long time to get some items, but it’s certainly better than nothing, and a nice gesture from the organization.

    I’d give it less than 1 if I could!!

    I am a Preds ticket holder, and used to use this app for logging and earning points. Now, all I see is a screen that says “logging in”...and it NEVER CHANGES. Useless. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Very disappointing-don’t waste your time.

    Same problem as everyone else. Will no longer allow me to log in. So sad! What about my points!
