Worthless app - does not work
Just like the Wild on the ice, this app does not work. Makes the Wild management look like idiots.....oh, wait......
Can’t even log in
Whenever I try to log in (with the correct info) probably 1000 times and it says “account not found” everytime
This app is worthless
For two years it doesn’t work when I am in xcel. Super frustrating
Much needed Apple Wallet Support
Since the whole Xcel Energy Center is now credit card or digital payment. You should be able to put your season ticket holder barcode in the Apple Wallet as well so that’s it’s easier for your season ticket holders to earn points when they are using digital payments. The app says it supports Apple Wallet but I don’t see anything that uses it. Please help us out. Thanks.
Needs a lot more testing
If you haven’t updated yet, I would wait until the bugs are worked out. The in-arena geo-tracking wasn’t able to check me in. The promo code redemption didn’t work with the game code, and navigating through the rest of the app was really slow and laggy. I even uninstalled the app and tried reinstalling it on my iPhone — all the issues remained.
Great App for Season Ticket Holders
Works great. Love being able to get one of a kind merch and experiences for my kids.
