Great app content! Unfortunately on my iPhone 6 it keeps crashing within seconds so I can’t read them juicy articles

The IndieWire application is well designed and allows users to easily read articles and navigate categories. While not all of the popular categories are given their own section such as IndieWire Critics Survey and Top Lists users can search the archive by keyword. Users with an account can log in, save articles and sync their account across different devices. The app can be a little floaty when going from page to page but the reading experience itself is solid. While there are improvements that can be made to enrich the application it is well worth a download for readers as it is on solid ground.

After 30 seconds with the app open my phone gets super hot. It’s stuttery when scrolling through articles and often spontaneously reloads while you’re reading. Huge pain. I don’t know what you gotta do to fix this, but other similar apps seem to work just fine. I love the content I just wish the app wasn’t such a pain. Will probably end up deleting it.
KILLS BATTERY LIFE
This app is absolutely KILLING my iPhone battery!! I can literally be in the app for one minute and it drained my battery from 75% down to 62%... that’s crazy... If there’s not fix I’ll be deleting it ASAP...
