For macs 2014 and older only
This will only work on OSX LION or earlier only. Lion is OSX10.7 so it's not fesible for anyone to be able to load this app. Their website has no solution either. It's a shame because its an AMAZING program. I grew up with Kid Pix and when it worked it was the best thing for my kids - PLEASE PLEASE make an update so this works on newer OSX versions.

Kid Pix was the drawing program I used when I was a kid. So I was excited to purchase Kid Pix for my son. This is literally the best full featured drawing app for kids. There's virtually zero drawing apps geared towards kids on the app store for Mac or iOS that come close or contain annoying ads. Please please please update so I can give this 5 stars!
Doesn’t work with MacOS updates
I had this working great a year or so ago, but it completely stopped working after a software update. I had to track down the Windows version and use it on PC instead, and haven’t had any issues with updates making the PC version of Kid Pix break. So I guess if you have the option, don’t get the Mac version because it most likely won’t work if you update your computer ever. As far as Kid Pix itself goes, it’s so fun! I wish they’d make a new one with all the crazy technology we have nowadays, like Photoshop but kid-friendly, cuz I’m not very tech savy but love making art with Kid Pix haha.
Not Compatible
This is not compatible with MacOS Mojave. Dissapointed to say the least. I woud love to get a refund.
doesnt work anymore
This app no longer works correctly on 10.14.6. It was fun for a long time. It does not draw the screen correctly or update. I think it would be worth you guys updating it. Apple should also clean out the store of apps that no longer work, especially ones that cost money.
DO NOT BUY
$40.00 for nothing but a black screen. I really wish i would have read the reviews. I had used kidspix as a kid and wanted to share the game with my son. To bad they can't update thier systems. Now i got my sons hopes up for nothing and $40.00 was essentially stolen from me. They are well aware of the problem from the amount of reviews.

The application refuses to show on my laptop. $40 for something that doesn’t work? Nah this aint it. Either update it so it will work or I need an immediate refund.
