I bought an HSK pack and it doesn’t show up. I emailed tech support and they never answered. I like the app, but need a response

Can we tighten up the precision on the strokes? I really love the app, but it allows me to make far more errors than I want to get credit for. I'm going to stick with you as a user. I am really enjoying your design, but please... Perhaps create the option for better precision? Thanks.
Good concept but major flaws
This app is a good concept, but there are major flaws. One of them being that you are unable to write the straight up to down stroke. For example the character 巨.

Some of the traditional characters won't allow you to write.

I mean this app is cool and all but my class uses it as a competitive purpose and sometimes others get impossible scores like 70,000.

The free version is good. It comes with close to one thousand characters. I bought the paid version because it's fun, good practice, and you can make your own character packs to study what you've learned elsewhere. After a couple hours, I feel comfortable handwriting characters, and they no longer seem random. 1 month edit: solo characters aren't always easy to define because a lot of characters are used in combination. If this app could address that, it would be much more useful

I have been using it on iPhone 5s and this app simply rocks. Now I discovered you can create your own packs of symbols, so I created mine with the symbols of the three first lessons I am being given to study. This is an amazing tool.
