Subscribed but cannot access issue
I just subscribed for an entire year but cannot access latest issue. I’m only given the option to purchase latest issues.
No longer free with print subscription
I have subscribed to Health magazine for years and previously enjoyed seeing my print subscription issues on my iPad. Then a couple years ago, I no longer could access my issues, even though my account ID and password was recognized and I was able to login. It seems that the iPad version is no longer available with printed subscrip. I had called Health earlier last year and they told me to contact Zinio, who supports the app. NO one at Zinio got back to me. I travel a lot for work and liked seeing my mags on my iPad. This mag is not worth me paying for a print AND iPad subscription. I just tried using the app just now, same thing. While I do still like getting the printed mag, I will probably let my current subscription expire at the end of this year. Disappointing. Health should clearly note the need to purchase the app subscription.
Issues Resolved
Thanks to the prompt response from the developers, the issue has been resolved satisfactorily & I can now access my magazines. From what I can see, my new account number on my print magazine label had 10 digits instead of the 9 asked for by the app. Happy to have access again.
App does work
Whenever I try to log on to my account, I constantly get an error message. I have tried several different occasions. Therefore I can’t access my magazine on my iPad.
Great Digital Mag
Review update as of Dec 2017: the update has not been good on my iPad - this may be due to the fact I have an old iPad but now every page takes a few seconds to load even after I've downloaded it for offline use. Also lots of glitches and the app gets frozen often. Not sure if any others have experienced this as well. Same feelings about Cooking Light as user interface is the same. Previous review: I think it's great; I've been a digital subscriber on iPad for over a year now and have not had any issues. The only areas of improvement I can think of is speed of downloading (currently it takes a bit of time), and the fact that you have to have the issue fully downloaded before you can view it offline. Other than that I really have had no issues; it's been great!

Great Update
Once I logged back in and restored my purchases everything worked great. Love the new web articles page and I like the reader view a lot. No more pinch and zoom to read!
