Excellent read
Does not matter if you have a subscription still have to buy every issue!
I have had a subscription for a yr and until the latest version came out now I am asked to pay for every issue first I thought ok I just have to buy and I will not get charged but no got charged $4.99 unless app is fixed will not be renewing subscription!
Two issues...
The app doesn't remember your position in magazine issues, and the toolbars stay in place as you read, limiting the viewable area of the magazine. Appreciate the continued updates but these two issues are a real pain!

Very slow download
The issues download unbelievably slowly. Something needs to be fixed.
Can't download March 2013 issue
I paid for the March 2013 issue, but the download stopped at 5%. I tried to pause it and press resume, cancel it and reload a few times; but the download never resume. Meanwhile, I can download other programs or other magazines into my iPad just fine. So it's likely some thing wrong with the app, please fix.
