did not recognize
did not recognize a simple memory card to recover photos for 30$! I want my money back
No Support available.
This doesn’t work buying it on iTunes. Says external disc found. No way to talk with support. No answers. No refund. This is a terrible thing to happen. I’m angry! How to get a refund? This is the question. $29.00 is a big loss. SOS.
FAKE!
This app is so fake it just steals your money for nothing! I downloaded it to recover some photos from my iphone but it can not even recognise my iPhone!
iTunes version does not work
I purchased the full wondershare app from their website for $49, it worked, but the one downloaded from itunes does not, and there is no way to get a refund from the itunes purchase - not even the dispute from my Credit Card works with iTunes
Does not work with El Capitan
Title says it all. Don’t waste your money.
selling version 2 not 3
I tried the demo to see if it would find my missing photos off my camera. The demo version worked. So, I bought it only to find the app store is selling version 2.0 and not 3.0 (the one I demoed). Version 2.0 does not recognize my camera and states "no disk found". How do I get an update or how do I get a refund? This is Bunk!
Buyer Beware Bad Product
This product is no good at all. WHile i have been happy with wondershare software in general, this one is only good for throwing away money. It does not work with the current updated OS system at all. Seems to be no way to get a refund either.
